Our returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Customers are requested to contact and raise a complaint our support help line number 1800 103 5555 to request return or exchange of sold product.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your product back to the manufacturer until asked for.

Refunds

We do provide any refund against the goods/products sold once. In case of fault in manufacturing or delivery, exchange of delivered product can be allowed. Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and replacement will be done within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges
